To ensure a safe and fun environment at Pet’s Favorite Play Place, please observe the following rules:

Each dog owner is responsible for reading the rules before entering the play yards.

All dogs must check in at the front desk prior to entering the play yards. 

Each dog must have a day pass or membership pass to enter. Passes are non-transferable between pets. If you don’t have a dog but love dogs, you’re welcome to come hang out! No membership or day pass needed! 

Any person consuming alcohol without a valid ID proving they are 21 or older will be asked to leave and not return.

Any person under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 100% responsible for their child and dog’s behavior. Pet’s Favorite Play Place is not responsible for any injury a child receives on premises. You take full responsibility for your child should they be bit, scratched, knocked over, etc.

Maximum of 2 dogs per human handler. All dog handlers must be 16 or older.

All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to enter play yards. Absolutely no dogs in heat, regardless of age.

Puppies must be at least 6 months old to enter play yards. 

Unaltered dogs and puppies under 6 months of age are allowed on leash in areas outside the play yards only. We DO NOT recommend bringing puppies who have not finished their full series of vaccinations to any public area with other dogs! 

All dogs must have a copy of current vaccinations on file and record of a negative fecal screening in the last 12 months. We require the following vaccines: Rabies, DAPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza.

Dogs must be on a leash when outside the play yards.

Aggressive or disruptive behavior (by dogs or their owners) is not allowed. If you or your dog are in violation of any of the rules our staff reserves the right to ask you to leave.

Do not leave your dog unattended. Please keep them within sight at all times. You must remain in the fenced play yard with your dog(s) if your dog is off leash. Each dog owner is responsible for their dog(s) behavior. 

Close all gates behind you to prevent any dogs from leaving the play yards.

No outside food, dog toys, rawhides, and/or treats are allowed in any of the fenced yards.

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

No outside food or drink permitted, with the exception of bottled water.

No smoking or vaping of any substance. No tobacco use.

Pinch, prong, chain, and/or training collars, and/or harnesses must be removed prior to entering the play yards. Breakaway collars with attached identification tags are recommended for use in the fenced play yards. Flat collars with identification tags are also acceptable.

Pet’s Favorite Play Place makes every effort to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests. However, Pet’s Favorite Play Place is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage on our premise and assumes no responsibility for the welfare, control, care or custody of any dog or person. Enter at your own risk. 

Failure to observe the park rules can result in suspension or permanent loss of membership privileges. By using the play yards and visiting our premises, you agree that you understand and assume all responsibility and liability for the risks of unleashing your dog(s) in the play yards and of being in the presence of other dogs, both leashed and unleashed, at our facility. Pet’s Favorite Play Place is staffed during all open hours, but does not offer supervised play groups during dog park hours; therefore all guests must abide by the park rules at all times while on the premises and properly supervise their dog(s). Guests and individuals accompanying them use the play yard and premises entirely at their own risk and that of their dog(s). All guests and their dogs must behave with common courtesy and respect for other guests and the premises itself. Please remember that you alone are responsible for the proper supervision of your dog(s). By using Pet’s Favorite Play Place facilities and play yards, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet’s Favorite Play Place, Hair of the Dog, and their staff, for any liability or damages incurred related to the actions or gross negligence of you or your dog while in or around the facility and play yards.

Day passes, monthly membership passes, and annual membership passes are non-refundable and are only transferable in the event of the death of one of the member pets. Our software is not capable of tracking memberships split between different guests so each membership pass is for the dog(s) listed on this document only. All health and behavior requirements and adherence to the anti-harassment policy for humans must also be met to use this pass. Failure to meet those requirements for any reason will not result in a refund of any sort.
